On June 24, the AEB GR Academy master class titled “Regulatory initiatives in the Union State. Key GR aspects for businesses” was held. 

Opening the event, AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling noted the importance of monitoring of the latest regulatory developments within the Union State of Russia and Belarus emphasizing  the main goal of the master class is to deepen the understanding of complex regulatory environment in the Union State.

Andrei Kosko, senior counsel, Head of practice in Belarus (Kesarev) as well as Denis Stadnikov, head of GR section (Great Wall Motor Rus) covered the issues related to the regulatory decision-making process in the Union State. Special attention was given to the Decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State No. 6 «On Uniform Rules in the Field of Protection» and its possible impact on businesses. 

The event concluded with a Q&A session, during which the participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers.
