The participants of the meeting shared the lifehacks of successful internal and external communication.

Anastasia Teploukhova, Talent Acquisition Manager, Nestle made a presentation about employment initiative of the youth. Alsy Polyakova, HR Leader GE Healthcare RCIS, GE Healthcare, made a presentation about the “WELL BEING” initiatives which were implemented within the organization. Margarita Kiriyenko, Manager People Engagement and Internal Communications in Philip Morris Russia shared the company’s lifehacks regarding the internal communication and people engagement activities during the remote work. Daria Afanasyeva, Head of Brands Practice, ANCOR and Maria Guseva, Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resources and General Affairs Department, Nissan made a presentation about the initiatives to support the employees while the process of Staff Layoffs.
