As part of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies", an HR conference "HR leadership: the driving forces of a successful business" was held on 25.05.2023 in Krasnpodar. The co-organizers of the program are: the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory, the Southern Regional Committee of the Association of European Business, the Association "Agency for Investment and International Cooperation" (AIMS), the weekly "Yugtimes". The strategic partner of the program is Center-Invest Bank.

The Conference, held in a hybrid format, was attended by managers and specialists of HR departments of companies, representatives of recruiting and consulting firms.

Opening the event, its moderator Igor Brener, Chairman of the HR-Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, stressed the relevance of the event topic.

Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, Olga Silnitskaya, Deputy CEO and GR-Director of the Association of European addressed the Conference participants with greetings.  

The HR-conference was attended by: Irina Aksenova, Chairman of the AEB Human Resources Committee, Deputy General Director for Work with Key Clients of Coleman Group (Moscow), Olesya Lavrenova, Director HeadHunter Yug, Olga Gerasimova, HR-Director of Milfoods LLC (Poetti brand) (Moscow), Ella Detkova, HR-Director of CLAAS LLC, Deputy Chairman of the HR- Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, Irina Eliseeva, Senior Consultant of the international company ANCOR.

In his speech, Igor Brener, Chairman of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, shared with colleagues the positive experience of brand development through the implementation of educational projects, in particular the Business Schools project, in which companies and leading universities of the South of Russia have been participating for many years. During the implementation of the project, more than 700 students have become graduates of Business Schools, many of whom have found jobs at participating enterprises of the project, including in member companies of the Association of European Business.

The Q&A session was lively: all participants of the Conference "HR leadership: the driving forces of successful business" shared their practical experience in developing leadership qualities in the team and talent search, emphasized the importance of the chosen topic.
