The participants of the meeting discussed the topic "Future working place – a new reality of companies' work". The meeting was held at the Financial Literacy Center of the bank "Center-Invest". The possibility of online participation was also provided. 

The participants of the meeting were greeted by Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, Regional Corporate Affairs Director, Group of Companies Danone in Russia.

Igor Brener, Chairman of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, Employee Experience,  Cargill GHRS Russia, moderated the round table.

Elena Novoselova, Chairperson of the HR & Migration Sub-Committee of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee, Deputy Director, Regional Development, Russia and CIS, Coleman Services also participated in the round table.

Representatives of ATOS, Cargill, Claas, Coleman Services, Danone, KWS, Limagrain, Nestle, Philip Morris shared their experience and discussed a new format of work, smart offices, social projects for staff supporting.
