On October 07, 2021 the AEB HR Committee, AEB Southern Regional Committee and AEB North-Western Regional Committee, held its second open joint cross-regional meeting (session) entitled “HR SPOTLIGHT OF THE RUSSIAN REGIONS: PECULIARITIES OF ATTRACTING WAREHOUSE AND PRODUCTION STAFF”. 

The webinar was opened by Tadzio Schilling, AEB Chief Executive Officer and moderated by Elena Novoselova, Chairperson of the HR & Migration Sub-Committee of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee. 

The meeting provided a platform for discussion federal and regional trends on the labor market of warehouse and production personnel, challenges, and practice of attracting, recruiting and retaining warehouse personnel before and after the pandemic in Moscow and in the South Region and in the North-Western Region.

In accordance with the meeting agenda the presentations were delivered by: Marina Borzygina, Head of Administrative, Production and Warehouse Outsourcing, Coleman Services, Maria Magaleva, HR partner for Contract Logistics, Kuehne + Nagel, Ella Detkova, HR Director, CLAAS and Igor Brener, Chairperson of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee. 

Organization of open joint cross-regional meetings are possible because of widespread use of digital technology and effective online events organization. Such meetings will be arranged yearly and can become a new fruitful tradition.
