On June 22, 2020, the HR AEB webinar “Human aspects of returning to work: New Skills and Leadership ", took place.

At the webinar Natalya Karpushina, HR Manager Castrol Russia & Belarus, Castrol Russia and Victoria Tarasova, HR & Internal Communications Specialist, Castrol Russia discussed human aspects of returning to work which were not covered at the previous webinars.

The invited speakers also shared their ideas about moving to distance work (for those colleagues who prefer moving to constant remote work).
