On March 26, the HR Conference of the Association of European Businesses “Human Resources in 2025: Challenges We Embrace” took place. This year’s event focused on best practices of leading companies in compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance evaluation, learning and development, as well as labor law.

The conference was opened by AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling. Irina Aksenova, Chair of the Committee, highlighted the achievements of the HR Committee and presented an overview of key labor market trends.

The special guest and keynote speaker was Mikhail Prokofiev, a coach and expert in executive development. His session focused on creative thinking methodologies, including the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving.

The program continued with three parallel sessions organized by the respective subcommittees: compensation and benefits; recruitment and relocation; and assessment, learning and development. The conference concluded with a session organized by the Labor Law Subcommittee.

The event brought together a wide range of participants, including AEB members and representatives of other companies.
