On February 8, 2023, AEB Board elected Ilona Zekely, Partner and Head of the European Desk at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, as a new AEB Board member. 

Ilona Zekely has over 25 years of legal experience in Europe and the CIS. She focuses on advising international companies in their activities across the CIS as well as CIS-based blue chips in their activities in Europe, and practices in the areas of corporate and M&A, Banking & Finance, commercial, energy, oil & gas and real estate law.

Ilona Zekely will replace in AEB Board Giorgio Callegari, Generali Russia & CIS LLC. 

We would like to thank Mr. Callegari for his role and contribution in AEB Board in previous years. We wish Ms. Zekely every success and fruitful work in her new role.
