The event was organized by the Krasnodar Region Public Chamber, Southern Regional Committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB), Association "Agency for Investment and International Cooperation" and Krasnodar Regional Branch of the RSPP and Russian-English weekly YUG Times.

The discussion was moderated Igor Brenner, Chairman of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, Cargill Russia. 

Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, mentioned in his greeting that the quality of human capital formation and development is one of the key areas in terms of fulfillment of any sustainable development goals, and HR is extremely important in today's environment.

In her turn, Irina Aksenova, the chairman of the AEB Human Resources Committee, emphasized that it is important to implement artificial intelligence in a reasonable way at the moment.

Also, according to the participants of the conference, the goals of sustainable development are the main point of reference for the business, so they exchanged the experience in the solution of urgent problems and broke down the model of services for HR clients.
