On May 31, 2023, the AEB Intellectual Property Committee held its Annual Conference “Intellectual Property Rights: recent trends, court practices, problems and solutions” at the AEB Conference Center. 

The conference was dedicated to the key issues in the sphere of intellectual property in Russia and the EAEU, including the overview of legislation improvements, established practices in applying regulatory acts, court practices and much more detailed information and analysis provided by high profile speakers from Eurasian Economic Union, IPR Court, EAPO,  FAS, Rospatent and RSPP and law firms (ADVANT Beiten, ALRUD, SEAMLESS legal, Nextons, Melling Voitishkin & Partners, Lidings, Denuo, EPAM Law).

The conference was opened by Philippe Pegorier, Deputy Chairperson of the AEB Board, who noted in his speech that the Association is actively working to interact with regulatory government agencies in order to protect the intellectual property rights of AEB member companies.
