On December 6, 2024, a joint event of the North-Western Regional Committee of the AEB and the St. Petersburg International Business Association was held at the Philip Morris Izhora plant. It was dedicated to the role and importance of internal communications in a modern business environment.

The invited experts used their companies as an example to talk about the process of building an integrated system that allows achieving and maintaining breakthrough business results, shared their developments and life hacks on how to develop, unite and inspire employees. For some, internal communications are a bridge, for others - a circulatory system - all this clearly characterizes their undeniable role in the company, because internal communications help to promptly and gently perceive innovations, increase the level of loyalty and develop the company's brand.

The meeting was moderated by Kristina Muravyova, Deputy Director of the Institute of Geopolitical Communications of RUDN University, Head of the Research Laboratory of Neurolinguistics and Cognitive Functions of the Brain of RUDN University.
