Launch of submission for proposals on analysis of the development of the CRM system

The Association of European Businesses would like to announce the holding of a competition for the submission of proposals for an analysis of the development of the CRM system at the Non-Profit Partnership Association of European Businesses.


The Association of European Businesses would like to announce the holding of a competition for the submission of proposals for an analysis of the development of the CRM system at the Non-Profit Partnership Association of European Businesses.

 The NP AEB uses a CRM on the 1C Enterprise 8.3 platform (hereinafter referred to as 1C: CRM).

At present, the NP Association of European Businesses considers it necessary to test the database, to identify and eliminate the causes of database errors, to ensure the fast and coordinated work of all database elements, to optimise the cost of temporary resources when working with the database, to obtain a report on its effectiveness, and to get recommendations on the further development of the system or transition to a more modern or effective programme. In particular, it is necessary to ascertain the level of criticality of the following parameters:

·         Visualisation:

ü  How user-friendly is the interface (for company employees)?

ü  To what degree can you minimise interaction with the settings?

ü  How up-to-date and accessible is the operational information in the 1C: CRM user guide?

ü  Configuration of mailing templates - media content options. 

·         Analytics:

ü  Creation of financial reports on company members, consolidated reports on activities, reports on e-mails entered with errors, etc.

ü  Ability for each employee to upload reports based on required parameters. 

·         Functionality:

ü  How well is the database synchronised with the site?

ü  Is it possible to automatically delete out-of-date e-mail addresses from the database (member type, non-member status), and also list these addresses as a report?

ü  Configuration of the parameters of the company's activities, and deletion of irrelevant fields.

ü  To what extent objects marked for deletion overload the database.

·         Database access rights and data security:

ü  What is the possibility of unauthorised access to the file structure of the database?

ü  All kinds of incidents related to denial of access to the database (thin client).

ü  Any potentially dangerous actions in the database system at the administrator level.

ü  Action functionality in the database without proper access rights.

ü  Unauthorised changes to server or database software settings. 

·         Competence of users (company employees):

ü  Assessment of the knowledge of users and their practical abilities to effectively utilise the database and recommendations for the elimination of any identified shortcomings.

The most significant factor in this tender is a professional, objective, independent and rapid analysis of the situation by experts who are outside the system and who can use their professional experience to provide recommendations on solving ongoing problems, including solution costs and information on further 1C: CRM maintenance and support costs.
