On October 16, 2013 Lyudmila Shiryaeva, Chairwoman of the AEB Migration Committee, gave a speech on “The current situation of attracting foreign nationals to work in the Russian Federation" at the Federal Migration Service Scientific and Public Council. Ludmila highlighted the problematic issues that AEB member companies face annually applying the documents for quotas.
