On November 13, 2018, the AEB Board approved the appointment of Mr. Marc Dellaert, Managing Director of The Center for Creative Leadership for the Middle East, Russia, Turkey and Central Asia, as a new CNR member from Belgium. 

Marc Dellaert succeeded Johan Vanderplaetse,  who had left his position in the CNR due to his election as a Chairman of the AEB Board.

The Council of National Representation (CNR) acts as the advisory and consultative body only with respect to decisions made by the Annual General Meeting or requests of the opinion of the Board or Chief Executive Officer.
