Mayor Sobyanin announces 'non-working' days in Moscow between June 15-19

On June 12, 2021, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the extension of paid non-working days from June 15 till June 20 considering the increase of coronavirus infection cases in the capital.
Moreover, Sergey Sobyanin also called on employers to transfer at least 30 percent of employees to work from home starting June 13, as well as all employees over the age of 65 or suffering from chronic diseases (provided that they have not been vaccinated against COVID-19).
These restrictions will not affect organizations that are critical for the functioning of urban infrastructure, enterprises of the defense industry, Roscosmos, Rosatom, as well as those listed in the presidential decree on the measures to protect against COVID-19.
The employers are also required to take measures aimed at “minimizing the in-person presence of workers” and to ensure that all measures are taken to stimulate vaccination.
Mayor Sobyanin also announced the closure on June 13-20 of food courts and playgrounds while restaurants, bars and clubs will be banned from serving customers (exept for delivery) between 23:00 and 06:00.
