On September 13th 2013, the Federal Customs Service sent a letter to the Customs authorities in order to provide an implementation of the measures announced by the Federal Customs Service letter dated from July 4, 2013 № 01-11/28474 "On the international transit using TIR Carnet" starting from the September 14th, 2013 by the Customs authorities subordinate to the Siberian and Far Eastern Customs Administration.
