On July 2, the AEB GR Academy Deep dive session titled “Measuring success: Key Performance Indicator of GR Functions” was held.

Opening the event, AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling emphasized key differences between Russian and European trends in government relations. 

Yury Panasik and Vitaly Zhigulin (Partners, Kesarev) covered the issues of performance assessment in government relations.  The invited experts shared the practical approaches and methods to measure policy and regulatory outcomes as well as potential risks. 
The impact of KPIs on strategic planning in GR was also discussed – in particular, how KPIs are adapted by different organizations depending on their goals. 

During the session case examples of successful KPI implementation were mentioned and the participants had the opportunity to ask the questions to speakers.
