On 10 March, 2016, the AEB CEO Frank Schauff and representatives of the AEB IT & Telecom Committee met Nikolay Nikiforov, Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. 

During the meeting, among others, the following issues were discussed: localisation of the software production, the existent and prospective cooperation between European and Russian companies in this sphere.
