On 26 August, an expanded meeting of the Commission on improving the investment climate in the Krasnodar territory was held. The event was attended by Svetlana Chupsheva, General Director of the Agency for strategic initiatives, Veniamin Kondratyev, Governor of the Krasnodar region, Yuriy Burlachko, Chairman of the Kuban Legislative body, heads of regional departments, heads of municipalities, and business representatives.

The meeting was devoted to the results of participation of the Krasnodar region in the National rating of the investment climate in the Russian Federation. The region rose in the all-Russian rating of investment climate from 13 to 6 place.

The meeting was attended by members of the Commission Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern regional Committee, Regional Corporate Affairs Director, group of companies Danone in Russia, and Lyubov Popova, Deputy Chairman of the AEB Southern regional Committee, Chairman of the Public chamber of the Krasnodar region

Oleg Zharko spoke about the effective system of interaction between business and government of the Krasnodar territory, which helps to build and improve the investment climate of the region.
