On March 21, 2024, a meeting of the HR subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee was held in Krasnodar at the Financial Literacy Center of Center-Invest Bank.

The event was moderated by Igor Brener, Chairman of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, Manager for Operations Management, Adaptation and Personnel Development, Cargill LLC, Russia.

The speakers of the meeting were Irina Aksenova, Chairperson of the AEB Human Resources Committee, Deputy General Director for Key Clients at Coleman Group, Elena Novoselova, Chairperson of the Subcommittee on Human Resources and Migration Issues of the North-West Regional Committee of the AEB, Deputy General Director for Regional Network Development, Russia and the CIS, Coleman Group, Dmitry Telegin, regional account manager at Avito Rabota. The experts provided analytics on the labor market for the past 2023 and spoke about trends in 2024. The meeting participants - specialists and heads of HR departments of member companies of the AEB Southern Regional Committee - discussed the current situation in the South of Russia and the Krasnodar Territory, exchanged useful information and the results of past events.

The meeting of the HR subcommittee was attended by the Chairman of the Southern Regional Committee of the AEB, Director for Corporate Affairs and Interaction with Government Bodies of H&N JSC Oleg Zharko. He told those present about the results of the elections to the Coordination Council of the committee, shared plans for work in 2024 and once again emphasized the importance of the HR subcommittee and the work it carries out.

At a meeting of the HR subcommittee of the Southern Regional Committee of the AEB Elina Lavlinskaya, HR manager of Limagrain RU LLC, was elected as a deputy chairperson.
