On 1 August, 2017 in Krasnodar the leadership of the  AEB Southern regional Committee took part in the meeting of the Regional Foreign Investment Advisory Council in Krasnodar, chaired by the Governor of the Krasnodar region 

Governor of Krasnodar region, Veniamin Kondratiev, noted the necessity  of dialogue between business and government and a significant contribution of foreign investors to the regional economy. 

Deputy Governor Sergey Altukhov recalled that the Regional Foreign Investment Advisory Council under the Governor of the Krasnodar region has been working for 13 years and includes senior representatives of the administration of Krasnodar region and foreign investors operating in the region. The vast majority of Advisory Council members from business are members of the AEB Southern regional Committee. Deputy Governor told about the active work of the Regional Foreign Investment Advisory Council, formed working groups and planned activities. 

Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern regional Committee, Regional Corporate Affairs Director, Group of companies Danone in Russia and Anna Kalmykova, Partner EY, Head of Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don Branches, presented the report on the status of work with foreign investors in the Krasnodar region in 2016.

Juliana Perederiy, Director of AEB branch in Krasnodar, expressed the overall positive mood of investors in Krasnodar region and recalled the work carried out by the working groups of the Advisory Council in 2016.

Ralph Bendisсh, Deputy Chairman of the AEB Southern regional Committee, General Director of OOO "CLAAS", the honorary Consul of Germany in Krasnodar, Liubov Popova, Deputy Chairman of the AEB  Southern regional Committee, Secretary of the Public Chamber of Krasnodar region, the General Director of LLC "Gubskiy brick factory" and other meeting participants told the Governor about the prospects of implementation of investment projects of foreign enterprises in the Krasnodar region.
