The event was chaired by Amirkhan Amirkhanov, Deputy Head of Rosprirodnadzor, and co-chaired by Natalia Sokolova, Head of the Department on State Ecological Supervision.

Ruslan Kokarev, AEB Chief Operating Officer, presented the AEB position on problematic issues in connection with implementation of producers and importers’ responsibility in waste management. He also pointed out projects of management of collection and recycling of empty crop protection product’s containers under the umbrella of the AEB and the Russian Pesticides Union.

The AEB members also participated in the meeting and had a chance to ask questions.
