On February 27 AEB NWRC’s HR & Migration Subcommittee held a meeting with representatives of the State Labor Inspectorate of St.Petersburg. 

Denis Smirnov, Deputy Head of the State Labor Inspectorate in St.Petersburg, told the participants about innovations in labor legislation, about the new procedure for training on labor protection and checking knowledge of labor protection requirements. The participants' interest and discussion were aroused by unscheduled inspections of the labor inspectorate, when and what this is related to. Mr Smirnov also shared data on the dynamics of offenses over the past 2 years and spoke about the training program for occupational safety specialists, which will help companies significantly save their budgets and avoid violations in the activities of the labor protection service.
