Mariya Zaleskaya, Senior Consultant, Bellerage, talked about military registration by the employer: regulatory requirements, control, risks in 2023-2024.

Georgy Mzhavanadze, Senior Associate, Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, focused on checks by military commissariats of compliance by employers with military registration standards, employers’ liability for violations.
