We are pleased to announce that Stanislav Kondov, General manager, Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow, was elected by the Committee members as the new Chairman of the Hospitality and Tourism Committee.

We would like to thank Kai Winkler, Fairmont Hotel, for his previous years of successful chairmanship of the AEB Hospitality and Tourism Committee.

Stanislav Kondov received education in the field of finance, he built a career in the same area, in the positions of chief accountant and financial director. Since 2005, Stanislav Kondov began his career in tourism and hospitality, taking the position of Assistant Financial Director of the most popular hotel chain in South Africa. He has worked in hotels on 4 continents and gained rich multicultural professional experience: preparing hotels for pre-opening, rebuilding business processes from scratch, transferring objects to network management and managing a cluster of two luxury hotels. Stanislav Kondov has been the general manager of the Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow by Radisson Hotel Group since 2018: for 3 months he hosted the FIFA international committee at the hotel as part of the FIFA 2018 football championship, supervising the complete rebranding of the hotel and overcame serious crises in the pandemic times travel industry. At present, showing enviable persistence, Stanislav Kondov continues to meet the challenges of the current economic situation and successfully expands the horizon of the hotel's activity.
