We are pleased to announce that Tatiana Borisova, Regional HSE&BCM Head, Novartis, was elected by the Committee members as the new Chairman of the SHES Committee.

Tatiana is a highly qualified HSE professional. Tatiana is in charge of all Health, safety & environment aspect, Crisis Management, Business Continuity management, Wellbeing Programs for Commercial & WH teams at Novartis Central & Eastern Europe, Russa & CIS, supporting manufacturing site in Russia as advisor, the latter includes maintaining close collaboration with HSE Executives and leadership teams across the region and CEE Cluster to drive continuous improvement and business continuity. On top of that Tatiana developed and presented the training “Leaders of the Future” together with HSE days Academy and received nomination on HSE TOP-100 as the best HSE Leader in developing associates’ wellbeing programs in 2022. Additionally, Tatiana published her first book “Inclusion at work: accessible environment at work” in February 2023 (as a co-author with Svetlana Sukhorukova – Tatiana’s team mate at Novartis)
