On November 15, 2023 the AEB Recruitment & Relocation Sub-Committee jointly with the AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee held an open webinar on the topic “New reality of Russian business: HR aspects of working in Russia and abroad".

Many companies (both international and Russian) took decisions on further development due to the last year events and its huge impact on the Russian business. 

The invited experts: Anna Sarkisyan, Manpower, Yulia Kazakova, Tek-Kom (former SKF), Denis Bushnev, Schneider Group, and Marina Semenova, Intermark Relocation, talked about the HR difficulties which companies have met in terms of recruitment and about the solutions which have been taken to solve them.

The webinar was opened by Evgeny Reyzman, AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee Chair.

Ekaterina Kaliianidi, AEB Recruitment & Relocation Sub-Committee Chair, moderated the event.
