On 19 September, 2013 the AEB Real Estate Committee held an open event titled “How to optimize office real estate for end-users’ business needs?” The event was moderated by Olga Arkhangelskaya, AEB Real Estate Committee Deputy Chairwoman, Head of Real Estate Advisory Services, EY. The welcome speech was made by Frank Schauff, AEB CEO. The event highlighted current office market trends and developments, tax & legal aspects of real estate ownership/rent, as well as effective technical maintenance solutions for offices.
