On September 23, 2021 the AEB Legal Committee held its open event entitled “Practical aspects of the creation and application of antimonopoly compliance systems”.

The event was focused on the development and implementation of antimonopoly compliance in companies.

Elena Sokolovskaya, Partner, Head of Antitrust practice, Pepeliaev Group, talked about main approaches of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) to the most significant aspects of the creation and application of antimonopoly compliance systems.

Julia Glubokaya, Ethics & Compliance expert (LPEC), Hitachi ABB Power Grids Russia talked about the application of the new international standard ISO 37301:2021.

Marina Navolokova, Head of Antitrust Compliance, MTS, shared MTS experience in the development of the antitrust compliance system with the participants of the meeting.

The meeting was moderated by Anton Maltsev, Deputy Chairperson of the AEB Legal Committee, Partner, Baker McKenzie.
