On April the 8th, 2020, Webinar "Practical legal implications caused by Coronavirus pandemic", organized by the AEB Legal Committee took place. 


Diyas Assanov, Chairperson of the AEB Legal Committee, General Counsel, Siemens Energy Russia / Central Asia, made an overview with a focus on the following issues:
  • disruptions on contracts performance and business relations — performance and liability; 
  • force majeure;
  • expected changes in legal practice, and how to drive those changes;
