On November 18, the AEB Recruitment Subcommittee held an online event titled "Pro-Attraction: Tools for Hiring Manufacturing Personnel in Russia."

At the event, speakers shared their experiences in recruiting employees for manufacturing, using artificial intelligence in recruitment, and the opportunities offered by close collaboration with colleagues in marketing and external communications.

Participants were also able to ask the speakers the most frequently asked questions and exchange opinions.
