On December 19, the Working Group on Labelling and Track & Trace System held an open WG meeting with Ilya Kabanov, Head of the Department for Regulation of Electronic Trade and Labelling of Goods, Tariff and Non-tariff Customs Regulation Department, Eurasian Economic Commission. The topic of discussion was “Prospects for the development of the labelling institute in the EEC member countries”. 

Mr. Kabanov explained the participants how the decisions to introduce the mandatory labelling in the Eurasian Economic member countries are being implemented, what further development of the mandatory labelling system in the Eurasian Economic member countries the EEC expects, what progress had been made in terms of harmonization of labelling requirements in the member countries.
