Vladimir Bulavin, Head of the FCS of Russia, opened this public discussion, which was organized at the federal level for the first time. The event was chaired by the Minister of Open Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Abyzov, who oversees the priority program "Reform of Control and Supervisory Activities", Ruslan Davydov, the first deputy head of the FCS of Russia and the heads of the structural departments of the FCS of Russia.
