Rospotrebnadzor presented a plan for lifting the restrictions in three stages

Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing) proposes to remove the restrictive measures introduced in Russia due to the coronavirus COVID-19 within three stages. The statement was delivered by Anna Popova, Head of the Authority, during the meeting with the President of Russia on the implementation of measures to support the economy and social sphere on May 06, 2020.
Stages proposed by Rospotrebnadzor:
1. allow workouts on the street, open small shops and service facilities;
2. allow walking on the street with family members, open large-scale retail facilities and some educational organizations;
3. parks and squares will be open with a term of social distance maintaining, all educational institutions, hotels and food service establishments will open.
During the meeting Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that from May 12, restrictions on the work of all industrial and construction enterprises are lifted. He also said that after the end of the May holidays, the regime of self-isolation in Moscow will remain on the same level.
