On July 28, Rosutilizatsiya held a joint event with Rosprirodnadzor, titled "The Digital Circuit of the Circular Economy: Innovative Approaches to Monitoring and Evaluation for Developing a Circular Economy," in a hybrid format. 

Speakers included Dzhambulat Khatuov, First Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment; Alexey Matushansky, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade; Svetlana Radionova, Head of Rosprirodnadzor; and Rinat Gizatulin, Chairman of Rosutilizatsiya. Tatyana Belousovich, GR manager Crop protection and Seeds and Pavel Rudyakov, Chairman of the Waste Management Working Group, represented the Association of European Businesses (AEB). Members of the Working Group participated online.
