On December 9, 2019, the representatives of the AEB Southern regional Committee took part in the second Kuban HR forum, which was held in the exhibition complex "Expograd South".
The forum is the final stage of the regional competition of managers " Leaders of Kuban-moving up!" Among the forum participants were also state Duma deputies, members of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, deputies of the regional legislative body, entrepreneurs, representatives of the Executive authorities of the region and the scientific community.
Ralph Bendisch, Director of LLC "Claas", Deputy Chairman of the AEB Southern regional Committee, honorary Consul of Germany in Krasnodar, together with Veniamin Kondratiev, Governor of the Krasnodar region, and Yuri Burlachko, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar region, spoke in a panel discussion on the results of the project " Leaders of Kuban-moving up!»
Then an open conversation with the finalists of the competition took place. They had many questions to the leaders of the region and experts.
The event continued with the awarding of laureates and winners of the competition. Veniamin Kondratyev presented diplomas and certificates for training from the organizers of the project to the best of the contestants.
After the completion of the solemn part of the forum, started its business part: round tables, discussion platforms and an educational program.
Companies VSK, Danone, Claas, Nestle-Kuban placed their stands at the exhibition, where forum participants could learn about career opportunities in these companies.
Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern regional Committee, Regional Corporate Affairs Director, group of companies Danone in Russia, addressed the heads of personnel services of authorities, municipalities and businesses. He spoke about Business Schools in key universities of Krasnodar region with the support of member companies of the AEB Southern regional committee.
Ralph Bendisch, Claas, spoke about the system of dual training organized by the company at a round table with students, where they discussed the best practices of internships in state, local governments and businessses.
