On December 6, 2024, a meeting of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee was held in Krasnodar at the Center for Financial Literacy of the Center-Invest Bank. 

The event was hosted by Igor Brener, Chairman of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia.

The participants of the meeting - specialists and HR managers of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee’s - analyzed the main trends of the outgoing year 2024, as well as exchanged useful information and the results of individual events.

Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, Corporate Affairs Director of the Health and Nutrition company, took part in the meeting of the HR Subcommittee. He discussed with the audience the issues of participation of SRC AEB HR Subcommittee’s members in the Conference "Interaction of employers with universities and colleges: effective strategies to overcome the shortage of personnel", which will be held on December 19, 2024 at the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory as part of the long-term program "Time for new Strategies".
