On March 11, 2025, a meeting of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee was held in Krasnodar at the Financial Literacy Center of the Center-invest Bank.

The event was moderated by Igor Brener, Chairman of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia.

The participants of the meeting – HR managers of the SRC AEB member companies - analyzed forecasts for 2025, discussed the situation on attracting and retaining staff, including young professionals.

The HR Subcommittee meeting was attended by Irina Aksenova, Chairperson of the AEB Human Resources Committee, Elena Novoselova, Chairperson of the NWRC AEB HR Subcommittee, as well as invited speakers: Dmitry Telegin, Regional Manager for Key Clients of the South Avito Rabota (in Rostov-on-Don), and Eduard Sobolev, Director of the Krasnodar Branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
