On January 22, 2026, at the office of the AEB Southern Regional Committee was held a meeting of its HR Subcommittee. 

The event was moderated by Igor Brener, Chairman of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia.
The meeting of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee was devoted to the strategy of optimizing and increasing business efficiency. During the meeting, its participants - specialists and heads of HR departments of the AEB Southern Regional Committee member companies - discussed the current state and future of the labor market in 2026, as well as the experience of one of the subcommittee's companies in launching a local hrm system and internal communications platform.
