On June 10, 2025, the office of the AEB Southern Regional Committee hosted a meeting of the HR Subcommittee dedicated to the participation of companies of the AEB Southern Regional Committee in the implementation of the career guidance project "School of Large Business".

Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee and Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the «School of Large Business» project, noted that the project celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025 and told the audience about the results of the 2024-2025 academic year and plans for further development of the project.

Igor Brener, Chairman of the SRC AEB HR Subcommittee, head of the working group of the «School of Large Business» project, shared with representatives of the companies’ plans for the competitive selection of students of the School of Large Business at each university and the selection criteria. The participants of the meeting offered their ideas on the formation of the curriculum for the next year and informing students of Krasnodar’s universities about the project.

In the 2025-2026 academic year, the «School of Large Business» project is planned to be conducted for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students planning their careers in large business at three state universities in Krasnodar.

A series of round tables for teachers will also be held by companies at Kuban State Agrarian University as part of the career guidance project "School of Large Business".
