Experts in law and investment shared their experience and conducted a detailed analysis of such mechanisms as special investment contracts (SPIC) and agreements on the protection and promotion of capital investments (SPIC).

The experts noted that despite some restrictions, most of the instruments of state support remain available to companies with foreign participation. The speakers examined in detail the advantages and disadvantages of various mechanisms, discussed the latest legislative changes and shared practical recommendations on choosing the best support measures for specific investment projects.

The meeting confirmed the importance of a thorough analysis of all available opportunities when implementing investment projects in Russia.
