On February 15, 2024, the AEB Southern Regional Committee held the Annual General Meeting. The meeting was held in person at the office of the Southern Sales Directorate, a branch of KNAUF GYPSUM LLC.

Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee (H&N Company) summed up the results of the committee's activities for the period 2022-2023 and spoke about work plans in 2024.

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling addressed the participants of the meeting. In his speech, he gave a brief overview of the Association's activities in 2023 and introduced the main areas of work in the current year. Tadzio Schilling also briefly spoke about the meeting with Alexander Ruppel, Deputy Head of the Administration (Vice-Governor) of the Krasnodar Territory, and Vasily Vorobyov, Head of the Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Relations of the Krasnodar Territory, as well as about the visit to the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory.

At the Annual General Meeting of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, members of the Committee's Steering Group were elected for the next two years. At the first meeting the newly elected members of the Steering Group unanimously elected Oleg Zharko, H&N Company, as Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, also were elected First Deputy Chairperson Lubov Popova, Vegas LEX, Deputy Chairpersons Diana Lipinskaya, Center-Invest Bank, and Yuri Pustovit, Advocate Bureau YUG.
