On September 5, 2024, the Cargill office hosted a meeting of the HR-Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee. The main topic of the meeting was “Introduction of artificial intelligence into HR work”. 

During the meeting, the following speakers presented their reports: Anna Kovalenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence of the Kuban State University, Victoria Suprunova, Regional Director of the southern locations of Axenix Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Voronezh, Anna-Maria Lon, Manager for advanced analytics of the Applied Intelligence practice, Axenix company.  

The experts spoke about the theoretical and practical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence, including in the field of HR. The participants of the meeting – HR departments’ specialists and chefs of the SRC AEB members - exchanged useful information and their own experience following the speakers' speech. 

The meeting was moderated by Igor Brener, Employee Experience Cargill GHRC Russia, Chairman of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee.
