On May 22, 2025, the conference "Career Guidance Project School of Large Business 2015-2025" was held in the conference hall of the World Trade Center, which was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the project.

The conference partner is Cargill Company.

The career guidance project "School of Large Business" was initiated in 2015 and is currently being implemented at three leading universities in the Krasnodar Region: Kuban State Agrarian University, Kuban State Technological University and Kuban State University. The project is being implemented with the support of the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Region by 14 companies, 12 of which are members of the Association of European Businesses. The school’s students are 3-4-year undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students. The School of Large Business at Kuban State Agrarian University has also been operating since 2021 for a group of teachers. During the implementation of the project, 780 students and 62 teachers graduated from the university.

The conference was attended by the heads of executive authorities of the Krasnodar Region, leading universities in the region, companies participating in the project, graduates of previous years and this year.

Opening the event, Oleg Zharko, Corporate Affairs Director Center South Region of the Health and Nutrition company, Chairperson of the AEB Southern Regional Committee and the Project's Coordinating Council, briefly described the history and concept of the School of Large Business and thanked all project participants for their support and contribution to the project.

Vasily Vorobyov, Chief of the Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Relations of the Krasnodar Regional Administration, emphasized the importance and uniqueness of the project in his speech. Speakers at the conference Ivan Peronko, Vice-rector for Development of Kuban State Agrarian University, Natalia Belikova, Vice-rector for Continuing Education and International Affairs of Kuban State Technological University, Olga Churakova, Deputy Chief of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Specialists of Kuban State University, noted the importance of practical knowledge and competencies that students of the School of Large Business receive during their studies, and wished the graduates further success.

Graduates of previous years and 2025 shared their experience of studying at the School of Large Business and expressed gratitude for the practical useful knowledge and competencies gained during the training.

Igor Brener, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia, head of the working group of the Coordinating Council of the Schools of Large Business program, emphasized in his speech that the project participants work closely together and are always ready for transformation and effective interaction.

At the end of the conference, a ceremony was held to present personal certificates to graduates of the career guidance project "School of Large Business" for the 2024-2025 academic year.
