Opening the event, Oleg Zharko, Corporate Affairs Director Center South Region at Health & Nutrition, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee and the Editorial Board of the weekly YugTimes, stressed the importance of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies", as well as the chosen topic of the conference.

During the presentations, the conference participants touched upon such issues as productive interaction between business and universities, the creation of human resources, trends, expectations and reality of interaction with universities and colleges. During the active discussion, the participants of the event noted the importance of holding events within the framework of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies" and shared their experience of interaction between employers and higher and professional educational institutions, as well as exchanged contacts for further cooperation.
