Within the framework of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies" on 30.05.2024, a conference "Topical issues of staff retention and efficiency improvement" was held.

The program is co-organized by the weekly Yugtimes, the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory, the Southern Regional Committee of the Association of European Businesses, the Association "Agency for Investment and International Cooperation" (AIMS), the Krasnodar Regional Branch of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The strategic partner of the program is the Center-Invest Bank, the golden partner of the program is the INCITI Group of companies. The partner of the conference is the health resort "Lago-Naki".

The conference was attended by heads of business and HR departments of large companies, representatives of recruitment agencies and business associations.

Opening the event, Oleg Zharko, moderator of the conference, Corporate Affairs Director Center South Region at Health & Nutrition, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee and the Editorial Board of the weekly YugTimes, stressed the importance of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies", which was initiated by YugTimes in 2017 and today is a significant platform for holding events on the most relevant topics for business and society. The conference was co-moderated by Igor Brener, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia, Chairman of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee.

Lubov Popova, Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory, First Deputy Chairman of the Southern Regional Committee of the AEB, Olga Silnitskaya, Deputy General Director and GR Director of the Association of European Businesses, addressed the participants of the conference with a welcoming speech.

During the presentations, the conference participants discussed issues such as current HR trends and tools for staff retention and business scaling, discussed effective practices of companies, and noted the importance of holding the event within the framework of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies".
