On November 28, the AEB hosted a meeting of the Assessment, Training and Development Subcommittee dedicated to “The Evolution of HR: Employee Development as a Strategic Asset.”

Participants discussed modern approaches to employee development, the impact of digital technologies on talent management, and the role of learning in enhancing business resilience and performance. Representatives of member companies also exchanged practical cases and shared the latest updates from the HR field.

At the event, experts discussed HR management in a digital environment: how technology is changing approaches to talent management; how to cultivate a company's strategic production resource through training; and how to create vibrant programs that build employee loyalty and measurably contribute to business results. 

The event provided practical case studies from leading companies and a unique opportunity to share experiences with colleagues, gain new practical ideas, and answer the most pressing questions in human capital development.
