We are pleased to present the final in 2024 “Business Quarterly” issue titled “Occupational health and safety: psychological well-being of employees”. The publication was prepared under the guidance of the AEB Safety, Health, Environment and Security Committee.

The articles featured in the journal cover such topics as: approaches to occupational health and safety training; the role of psychology in shaping safety culture; employee mental health to maintain safe working conditions; transformation of the modern office space concept; tools for creating a psychologically healthy work environment; visual content as a learning agent for safety culture.
