On July 1, 2024, the first event took place under the direction of the AEB NWRC Culture Committee. An individual excursion to the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library and acquaintance with the historical hotel of the city - the Astoria Hotel was organized for the participants.

The coordination group approved the idea of organizing “cultural excursions” for AEB member companies, which will allow not only fruitful cooperation on the business agenda, but also a pleasant time among like-minded people, discovering new and interesting places in the city and strengthening cooperation, establishing communications.

Modern technologies of the Library, stunning interiors, a huge archival database - all this really caused a “wow” effect among participants. The excursion into the history of the state was not only useful, but also interesting thanks to the talented and outstanding guides.

The second part of the program included an introduction to the amazing interiors of the hotel, where some historical summaries were also given. After getting acquainted with the capabilities of the site, the evening ended with dinner, where the participants exchanged opinions on the format of such events and discussed plans for the work of the committee.
