The Green Property Awards 2024 award ceremony took place on November 14. Armen Tadevosyan, a member of the AEB Green Initiative, was among the jury members.

This year, about 90 nominees and guests of the ceremony gathered at the award venue to find out who the jury chose as the best of the best in the ESG field.

About 60 nominees from 11 regions of the country submitted applications. The award is actively developing and continues to introduce new nominations.

Since 2021, Green Property Awards has been identifying the best real estate properties in Russia that meet the requirements and standards of energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, as well as market players whose activities are inextricably linked with such projects.
